About Gardening Mum

Gardening Mum was established by Angela McClellan in 2016 offering bespoke garden services in the Newbury area.

Angela McClellan is an RHS qualified gardener who retrained in 2015 and gained the RHS Level 2 Diploma at Waterperry Gardens in 2016. During her studies, she became a school gardening volunteer and managed a programme of weekly gardening sessions at two local primary schools. Angela continued to study for the RHS Level 3 Diploma and completed several Garden Design courses in addition to building her gardening business. In 2022, Angela became a Wildflower Turf Accredited Partner offering expertise in the delivery of wildflower landscapes. She gained the RHS Level 3 Diploma in 2025 and is now working as Horticultural Lead at Ufton Court.
